APPLEMORE pupils got revenge on their head teacher by giving him a soaking in the stocks.
Matthew Longden, head teacher at Applemore College in Dibden, volunteered to go in the stocks at the medieval-themed village fete at Marchwood.
He is pictured left at the event.
His wet sponge soaking, along with other teachers volunteering to get wet, was organised by the school's PTA and raised almost £200.
The PTA will use the money to pay for student activities and resources in the forthcoming school year.
