FOUR people have been arrested after a suspected arson at a disused building in a village near Winchester.
Two 16-year-olds, a 19-year-old and a 21-year-old have since been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Firefighters were called to the fire in empty offices in Wonston Road, Sutton Scotney, at 7.30pm on Wednesday.
Det Con Jamie Palmer, of Winchester CID, said: "I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area of Oxford Road at the time, or shortly before the incident.
"A number of people spoke to the fire service but did not leave their contact details.
"I would appeal to these people and anyone else with any information to make contact with police at the earliest opportunity.
"Witnesses have reported seeing a number of youths in the area shortly before the incident.
"These youths could hold vital information and I would appeal to them to contact officers."
