THE funeral of a milkman killed on his round in Alresford will be held on Tuesday.
Allan Knight, 53, of Lime Close, Colden Common, was killed in a collision on Winchester Road on July 3.
He had worked as a milkman in the Alresford and Ropley areas for some 30 years.
There will be a private family cremation before at 2.30pm a service of thanksgiving is held at St Peter's church in Ropley.
Among those paying tribute to him has been TV presenter Alastair Stewart, pictured, who lives in Bramdean, near Alresford.
Mr Stewart said: "Allan Knight was one of those figures who made living in Hampshire a joy. He was our milkman for 24 years."
