BREAKING: Car fire causes traffic and delays
DRIVERS are facing traffic chaos and long delays after a car caught fire on a major Hampshire motorway.
Traffic is at a standstill near junction 9 of the M3, Winchester after a fire caught fire.
Firefighters from Winchester Fire Station were called at 6.17pm and are currently at the scene.
Highways England said long delays are building on approach to the incident and motorists are invited to plan ahead.
