GOADSBY of Winchester have let Apex House in Colden Common near Winchester on behalf of private clients.
It was taken by Colin Bashford Associates, trading as CBA Trees, on a five year lease at £25,000 per year.
The property is made up of a self contained office of 1,792 square feet on two floors with 10 car parking spaces.
Anne Phillips, operations director for CBA Trees, said "CBA Trees was located in Twyford for almost 10 years, in a prestigious period building. As our lease was coming to an end, we took the decision to relocate. Important criteria were to stay in the immediate vicinity and to have adequate parking facilities.
"We received the details for Apex House in Church Lane, Colden Common and we signified our interest to Goadsby as Apex House hit all the right notes. We have now taken up occupation and are very pleased with our decision as the offices are neat and compact and fit our requirements exactly"
