Acting on behalf of Dean & Dyball Developments Ltd, national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has successfully completed the sale of another new unit at the M3 Trade Park in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Unit 3 is one of 12 recently constructed and has been purchased by motor dealership, Breeze Volkswagen. The 4,500 sq ft warehouse will be used as a Volkswagen Group parts distribution facility.
Adrian Whitfield, Director at LSH's Southampton office, commented: "Breeze Volkswagen is looking to expand its business on the south coast and, with close connections to the M3 and M27, the M3 Trade Park was an ideal choice. Only five units remain on the estate and we expect to see a high level of demand for these over the coming weeks and months."
John Corderoy, Managing Director at Breeze Volkswagen, said: "The transaction went extremely smoothly and this new unit will complement the main Volkswagen dealership in the heart of Southampton on Shirley high street."
LSH's Fareham and Southampton offices have been marketing units on the park since last Christmas. CBRE acted as joint agent in the transaction with Breeze Volkswagen.
Other occupiers already on the estate include City Electrical Factors, Hendy Group, Test-Rite Ltd, K.A Watts Plumbing & Heating, Imagewrite and KaiserTech.
