RANK Developments, the developer at the Ordnance Business Park in Gosport now have only one unit remaining.
This unit, which comprises 3746 sq ft and includes first floor offices of 936 sq ft also has seven car parking spaces and is available either for sale or to let.
Bernie Cooper, agency director of Keygrove, said: "There is strong interest in this property and it is unlikely to be on the market for long. The scheme has been very successful with all of the other remaining units being sold or let and the Business Park is home to such companies as Dual Architectural Aluminium and Challenger Lighting Services."
