CB Richard Ellis has been appointed sole agent by Laishley Developments Limited on a new 30,000 sq ft office development located on Stockbridge Road just four miles to the north of Romsey.
Work on site is due to commence in the autumn and the scheme will provide nine office buildings in a courtyard setting. Units will range from 1,330-6,420 sq ft and are each self-contained with on-site parking.
Senior surveyor Emma Lockey comments: "Due to the continuing shortage of available freehold office space, we have already received serious interest on a number of units although planning for this development was only granted a week ago. The location has attracted a number of local companies who are looking a great working location with good parking for staff."
Richard Smith at Laishley added "We recognised the demand for freehold premises and this site is ideal. We will be building high a quality two storey offices in a courtyard setting. The units have been designed to be as adaptable as possible and could be split on both a horizontal or vertical basis should occupants wish".
