PIZZA giant Domino is looking for a new store in Hampshire.
The company, which has more than 470 stores in the UK and Ireland, has identified Hedge End as a key site for business growth this year.
Andy Emmerson, business development director at Domino's Pizza, said: "Southampton is a vibrant community and our research has shown there is plenty of demand for the Domino's home delivered pizza service so we are very keen to open a new store there.
"This will not only support significant investment in the local economy, but could also create between 25 and 30 full and part-time jobs for local people.
"Each of our stores is owner run by a local entrepreneur which helps us to remain in touch with the needs of both customers and the surrounding area. As well as making a positive contribution to the local area through a range of community initiatives, this allows us to closely monitor issues such as litter, traffic and noise levels to minimise any impact on our neighbours.
"Domino's prides itself on being a responsible operator which means local landlords secure a quality tenant with long-term security. Our extensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector also means we can make decisions on potential sites in a matter of weeks, so we are keen to speak to anyone who thinks that they have the right kind of property in the area."
