Emma Eaglestone has been promoted to partner at the Southampton office of international property consultants, King Sturge.
Emma, who works in housing valuation, first joined the partnership ten years ago as a graduate.
In addition, Peter Davy has been promoted to senior surveyor in the professional department and Britt Cox becomes senior contracts manager.
