THESE are the places which have been named and shamed by Hampshire councils as food outlets which could do better as part of an initiative to improve food standards.
Winchester, Eastleigh and Gosport councils are pioneering the county-wide initiative to improve safety.
A "score on the door" system rates hygiene at all food businesses from restaurants to pubs and sandwich bars to takeaways.
The ratings - excellent, satisfactory or unsatisfactory, will be made public on a website.
Currently there are 19 businesses in the three districts rated unsatisfactory.
These are: Eastleigh: Shamblehurst Barn, Hedge End; The Square Cafe, Botley; The Dolphin, Botley.
Winchester: Wonderful, Bridge Street; Tiffin Club, Romsey Road; Kam Wah Fish Bar, Stockbridge Road; Reeve the Baker, High Street; Mississippi, Jewry Street; Charles House, Eastgate Street; Tesco café, Winnall.
Winchester district: Adjutants' General Corps Sergeants Mess, Worthy Down; Rimjhim, Colden Common; Veranda, The Square, Wickham; Peoples Market, West Street, Hambledon; Rookesbury Park School, Wickham.
Gosport: South Coast Catering, Frobisher Close; White Hart, Stoke Road; McDonald's, High Street; Sinpons News and Snacks, Nimrod Drive.
