HE was an international fraudster who swindled more than £34m in a global e-mail scam.
His victims lost tens of thousands of pounds believing his tale that they would be richly rewarded for helping him out.
Now 50-year-old Otis Michael-Simon, pictured left, has been ordered to pay back more than £600,000 to those he conned, including several Hampshire residents.
The confiscation order, the largest ever made against an individual at Southampton Crown Court, also means that if he fails to pay-up he will see his current six-year jail term increased to ten.
