TWO people have been taken to hospital with severe burns after an explosion on a yacht in Hampshire.
Emergency services were called to Queens Street in Emsworth after a gas explosion on a 20ft yacht in the early hours of this morning.
A 55 year old man was taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham and a 39 year old woman was transported to Salisbury Hospital.
Both victims had severe burns to their face and arms in the explosion which was reported at around 2am.
A dog living on the boat was also taken to a nearby vets for treatment.
