A HAMPSHIRE head teacher who was seconded to another school after its head left is due to return to his old school next week, according to bosses at Hampshire County Council.
Jonathan de Sausmarez, who is the head of the Henry Beaufort School in Winchester, spent the last two terms of the last academic year looking after the Winton School in Andover.
Mr de Sausmarez was asked to take on the role of head at the Winton School in January 2007 after its principal left at the end of the autumn term in 2006.
A spokesman for Hampshire County Council said that Mr de Sausmarez would be returning to his post at Henry Beaufort for the start of the new term next week.
