POWER supplies to a Hampshire village were disrupted today after a falling tree brought down a power cable.
Southern Electric said the incident happened outside a rectory in Exbury, near Beaulieu.
A spokesman said only two properties were thought to have been affected but the organisation would know more once engineers arrived in the village.
She added: "Our main priorities are safety and getting customers back on supply as quickly as possible."
