POLICE are investigating break-ins at three nearby Hampshire schools over the weekend.
A group of four youths was caught on CCTV smashing windows at Wyvern Technology College, Botley Road, Fair Oak.
Footage being studied by police which has not been released shows three of the youngsters then entering the school at around 12.45am on Sunday, but it is believed nothing was stolen during the incident.
Officers are looking at possible links with disturbances at nearby Fair Oak Junior and Fair Oak Infant schools, both also in Botley Road, which were broken into over the weekend.
A boarded up window was removed at the junior school and entry was gained, but once again nothing is thought to have been stolen.
Raiders also forced their way into the infant school, this time through an upstairs window.
Several classrooms were searched, and an attempt was made to remove property, but police believe the offenders may have been disturbed by the school's security alarm.
Anyone with any information about any of the incidents should contact Eastleigh police station on 0845 045 45 45.
