SOUTHAMPTON'S reputation as a retailer's paradise has been confirmed by the news that dozens more stores are clamouring to open a shop in the city.

More than 70 shops, restaurants, hotels and even a casino operator are desperately looking for premises within the city, which was recently voted one of the top ten places to shop in the UK.

Those seeking new outlets include House of Fraser, above, Reiss, noodle chain Wagamama, Café Rouge and Portuguese eatery Nando.
