Acting on behalf of PRUPIM, national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has successfully completed the letting of Unit H Griffin Industrial Park, Calmore Industrial Estate in Totton, Southampton, to Technic Electric.
Technic Electric, a provider of products and services to the PCB (printed circuit board) industry, has signed a new three year lease on the 8,903 sq ft unit at a rent of £54,966.50 per annum exclusive. The company previously occupied premises at Lulworth Business Centre in Totton and, by making the move to Griffin Industrial Park, now has room to grow the business.
Adrian Whitfield, a Director at LSH's Southampton office, commented: "Griffin Industrial Park is a 16-unit estate totalling 162,743 sq ft. LSH was appointed as joint agent last year and this is the second successful letting on the site - its connections to the M27 and A33 make it ideal for tenants looking to establish or grow their operations along south coast."
An announcement is expected shortly from PRUPIM with regards to refurbishment of other units on the estate. Joint agent alongside LSH is King Sturge.
