SCOTTHALL Hampshire has celebrated delivering its 100th Mini at its new showroom in Chandler's Ford.
The sale comes just three months after the launch of its stunning new £1m showroom which accommodates five times the number of new Minis than the previous showroom, as well as a further 30 Cherished used cars on the forecourt.
Emma Cousins, from Southampton, became the 100th customer when she purchased her second Mini, a Cherished electric blue Mini Cooper S, which she drove away from the unique handover bay.
This is just one of the special features in the prestigious new showroom.
Jon Betts, sales and marketing manager of Mini at the leading Hampshire dealership, said: "We're delighted to be celebrating this significant milestone having only been at the new location for such a short while.
"Mini is the world's bestselling premium small car and we expect to sell over 500 new and used cars this year alone so the future is very bright indeed.
" Emma Cousins said: "I'm now the proud owner of a Mini Cooper S which is something I've wanted for a long time now.
"It's really exciting to actually drive it away and the staff at Scotthall Mini have made it a dream come true for me.
" Scotthall Hampshire dealer principal Peter Johnson commented: "With 30 Cherished Minis available from as little as £7,495, there's never been a better time to organise a test drive.
"The new showroom has been well received by current and prospective customers and with the significant investment Scotthall Hampshire now has one of the most prestigious Mini facilities in the country."
