EMERGENCY services were called to help an animal in need.
Firefighters from Burley, Lyndhurst and Redbridge rushed to help a cow whose head was stuck in a trough.

An animal rescue tactical advisor was also called to the scene just off Lyndhurst Road in Burley – where crews managed to release the animal using hydraulic equipment.
It took crews an hour to get the Aberdeen Angus’s head out of the metal container.
