JURORS were told about Dele Little's chequered history.
The 15-year-old had been excluded from school on numerous occasions since 2003 for "disruptive behaviour" and bullying. On one occasion he tried to strangle a pupil, leaving him with marks on his neck.
Winchester Crown Court heard his school records also reveal he grabbed a girl and pushed her against a wall, and burgled Testwood College in January 2004.
In March 2005 he appeared in youth court for assaulting a boy.
His history also detailed causing actual bodily harm to another boy by kicking and headbutting him, being disruptive in college and being caught carrying a knife.
In November Dele assaulted a boy and was later charged with assault. He also threw a bottle at a house and was excluded from school permanently in December 2006.
The court also heard Aaron Roche had been expelled from school for stealing a mobile phone.
Roche, 21, formally of Ringwood Road, Lyndhurst, denies murdering Dele Little in february this year.
