A MAN arrested on suspicion of murder has been re-bailed.
Detectives investigating a cannabis farm in Southampton and the death of 20-year-old Sol Hemy have released a man on bail until December 11 to allow for further enquiries.
The 27-year-old man from Gosport was arrested on suspicion of murder and on suspicion of conspiracy to produce cannabis and dangerous driving.
It comes after the body of Sol Hemy was found in the water at Riverside Park on September 5.
As previously reported gunshots were heard in River Walk just after 1am on Thursday 5 September.
Shortly after, more than 100 cannabis plants were found at an address on River Walk and an abandoned vehicle was found in in Riverside Park containing a large amount of cannabis.
Enquiries into whether the incident on River Walk and the death of Sol Hemy are linked are ongoing.
Officers urge anyone with any information to call 101 and quote Operation Telly.
