A SOUTHAMPTON bus had two windows smashed while it was in service.
The incident happened on a First Bus City Red 2 bus while it was travelling through Millbrook.
Police were attending the scene yesterdayafternoon.
First Bus says its services are currently being diverted away from the area.
In a statement, released on Facebook, First Bus said: "Please note that one of our City Red 2 buses has suffered two broken windows whilst in service in Millbrook and the Police are attending the scene.
"For the safety of our customers and staff, City Red 2 buses will divert via Romsey Road, Lordshill Roundabout, Romsey Road to Shirley. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
