GUNWHARF Quays are celebrating the New Year by opening a new dining area.
The Spinnaker Quarter has opened on the first floor terrace of the outlet shopping centre, adjacent to the Spinnaker Tower.
Pho, Cosy Club and HUBBOX are the new restaurants to the Quarter, all of which have a range of unique vegan dishes for Veganuary.
Yvonne Clay, Senior Marketing Manager at Gunwharf Quays, said:
"The new Spinnaker Quarter provides a fantastic new space for guests to enjoy, offering an eclectic range of food in a unique location.
"During the last few years we have seen an increase in customers looking for vegan options and the menus on offer from Cosy Club, HUBBOX and "Pho will give our guests the opportunity to sample some incredible meat and dairy-free options."
In 2019, record numbers of people signed up to go vegan for the month, with over 250,000 people taking part and pledging to drop all meat and dairy products from their diet.
The vegan options of Vietnamese street food restaurant Pho make up 40% of the total menu, including 12 new items for January.
For a chance to sample award-winning vegan fish and chips, head to Cosy Club; winners of Best Vegan Fish and Chips at the 2019 PETA Awards.
HUBBOX new vegan menu offers an alternative for each of the 14 burgers and three hot dogs already on its menu.
Yvonne added:
"With such diverse and exciting menus, our Spinnaker Quarter offers something for everyone.
"All the restaurants in the Spinnaker Quarter offer an exciting and interesting dining experience."
