A HAMPSHIRE resident has been rescued from their home by emergency services.
Firefighters and paramedics rushed to Woodlea Gardens in West End at around 5.45pm last night.
One crew from Hightown Fire Station and another from Eastleigh used a stretcher to carry the resident to an ambulance outside.
The joint operation was led by South Central Ambulance Service with the stop message coming in at 8.09pm.
The Daily Echo is awaiting comment from South Central Ambulance Service.
