A FURTHER 15 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in Hampshire in two days.
Figures released by the NHS today have revealed that a further 15 death in Hampshire have been recorded bringing the total up to 568.
The figures cover University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS), Solent NHS Trust, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
At UHS, the total number of patients who have died after testing positive for coronavirus is 177, a rise of seven in 48 hours.
While at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust there have been 151 deaths, with no increase in deaths.
At Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, 221 have died due to coronavirus, up by eight in 48 hours.
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust has recorded 17 patient deaths, with no new recorded deaths.
Meanwhile, Solent NHS Trust which runs mental health and community services and community hospitals in Southampton and Portsmouth has reported two Covid-19 deaths.
