A MAN has died following a fatal car crash
An 82-year-old man from Fordingbridge died after a two-vehicle crash at around 2.20pm on Friday.
He was rushed to hospital however succumbed to his injuries.
He had been driving a white Toyota Aygo when he collided with a red Vauxhall Astra on the A338 Salisbury Road, between Breamore and Downton.
The driver of the Vauxhall, a 30-year-old man, did not suffer any injuries.
Police have now launched a witness appeal.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers investigating the collision would like to hear from anyone who was in the Salisbury Road area of Fordingbridge yesterday afternoon who may have seen this collision, specifically anyone who was driving in the area who may have captured dashcam footage."
