A TEENAGE drug dealer has been spared jail.
Harjit Singh appeared before Southampton Crown Court today facing charges for the possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
The 18-year-old drug "runner" was caught on the streets of Southampton with heroin, crack cocaine and £156 in cash.
Of no fixed address, he has been on remand for the last "four months" at HMP Winchester.
The "very vulnerable" teen pleaded guilty to both charges.
Laura Deuxberry, defending, said her client was of good character.
During sentencing, Judge Nicholas Rowland warned Singh's involvement with drugs was "make or break".
He sentenced him to 18-months in prison, suspended for two years.
Singh was ordered to carry out 25 days of rehabilitation.
