LINDSAY HELEN SAUNDERS, 39, of Tangmere Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made to include 120 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.
MATEUSZ JERZY STANIOS, 33, of Minstead Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made for one year including 20 days of rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
MELANIE ANNE BAILEY, 35, of Holmsley Road, Wootton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order made for one year including 15 days of rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £200 compensation and £650 court costs.
LEWIS COOPER, 18, of Efford Way, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to attempting to produce one cannabis plant. Conditional discharge for two years. Ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
JOSEPH CHARLES GEARY, of Carpathia Drive, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Community order made until January 9, 2022. Ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid work and participate in an accredited programme for 22 days. Must pay £200 in compensation and £400 court costs.
JAMIE POLLINGTON, 30, of Clydesdale Way, Totton. Found guilty of drink driving, driving uninsured and while disqualified. Also, one count of obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge.
DAVID SHAUN CLOTHIER, 40, of Coxford Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing sandwiches and confectionary worth £9 from Poundland. Community order made for one year including an exclusion requirement not to enter any branch of Poundland for 12-months. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.
RAYMOND JOHN CUMMINGS, 39, of Arthur Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault and illegally transferring £2,950 into his bank account. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Subject to 12 month supervision period during which he must have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Ordered to pay compensation of £1,000 and £200 court costs.
