Daisy Dip park, Southampton
AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a boy fled from a man during a "suspicious incident" in a Southampton park.
A stranger approached a boy in the Daisy Dip park off Bluebell Road on Wednesday after school.
The man then asked the youngster to "come with him".
The boy who attends Bassett Green School is said to have fled the scene.
Police have confirmed that no arrests have been made, however, enquiries are undergoing.
Letters were sent to parents from Bassett Green Primary School and Cantell School warning them of the "very serious incident".
