FLY-TIPPERS have dumped a "van load" of chemical waste in a residential area.
Residents are outraged after fly-tippers dumped litres of building chemicals in a cutaway between Ludlow and Bishops Road.

The rubbish is said to include 30 five-litre and 12 15-litre containers of adhesives and chemicals.
One Ludlow Road resident who wishes to remain unnamed said the pile of junk appeared over night and chemicals are now leaking into the walkway.
He is concerned they could be toxic to children on their way to school and dog walkers.
He said: "I feel dismayed. It's just hideous.
"I got my car out this morning and saw lots and lots of cartons. I checked it out and it was building adhesive.
"Some had split and chemicals were going into the cutaway.
"It must be a van load.
"There were rolls of roofing insulation."
The resident is now calling on the council to remove the mess.
The Daily Echo has contacted Southampton City Council for comment.
