MARK WALTER, 50, of Sholing Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 18 months. Rehabilitation requirement of 35 days. Must complete 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KRISTYAN GEORGIVE, 26, of Janson Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Community order made until December 2022. Rehabilitation requirement of 40 days. Restraining order made not to contact his victim and must complete 120 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £300 compensation and £620 court costs.

TERENCE PETER VEAL, 26, of Daple Place, Marchwood. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and to causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Community order made until December 2021. Rehabilitation requirement of 15 days and fined £600. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
