Daniel John BARRETT, 30, of Elm Grove, Eastleigh. Okeaded guilty to using violence for the purpose of securing entry into a premises, criminal damage and assault by beating. Community order made for 12 months. Rehabilitation activity requirement of ten days. Fined £700. Ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ANDREW PHASEY, 24, of Station Road, Wisbech. Pleaded guilty to failing, without reasonable excuse, to co-operate with a breath test. Fined £220 and driving record endorsed with four points. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

RYAN MEURIG BROOKS, 29, of Lilac Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Community order made until June 2022. Rehabilitation requirement of 15 days and must participate in a 30 day building better relationships programme. Restraining order made not to contact his victim. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

WARREN JOHN DAVIS, 30, of Normandy Way, Ringwood. Admitted breaching a community order. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

PETER EDWARDS, 50, of Spartina Drive, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made not to contact his victim directly or indirectly. Ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £320 court costs.

SAM SHAW, 31, of International Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending a message by means of a public electronic communications network that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Restraining order made not to contact his victim for 12 months. Discharged conditionally and ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge.

MUSA MOHAMED SAID FARAH, 19, of Foundry Lane, Southampton. Admitted breaching a post-sentence supervision requirement. Must complete 20 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £30 court costs.

CHARLOTTE REBECCA FULLER, 36, of Wychwood Place, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £908. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £91 and court cost of £200.

SHAY JONES, 19, of Northam Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault and one count of the possession of a quantity of cannabis. Handed community order ordering him to carry out 150 hour of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £150 compensation.

LAURA HELEN PARKER, 28, of Summerfield Road, Dudley. Pleaded guilty to an assault causing acual bodily harm in Southampton. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay £500 compensation.

LUKE JOHN HENNING, 39, of Howard Road, Shirley. Pleaded guilty to three counts of theft. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £126,40 compensation.
