MORE than 800 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Hampshire in the last 24 hours.
Public Health England figures - as recorded on the Government website at 4.35pm today (January 19) - show that 808 more people have tested positive for the virus in a 24 hour period.
Across Hampshire, there has been a total of 70,092 positive tests since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 - approximately 5.09 per cent of the county's population.

- Basingstoke and Deane: 72 (6,239 in total since start of pandemic)
- East Hampshire: 34 (3,814)
- Eastleigh: 42 (4,210)
- Fareham: 47 (3,908)
- Gosport: 33 (2,759)
- Hart: 32 (3,487)
- Havant: 60 (5,678)
- New Forest: 50 (4,601)
- Portsmouth: 149 (10,999)
- Rushmoor: 91 (6,211)
- Southampton: 122 (10,440)
- Test Valley: 41 (3,792)
- Winchester: 35 (3,954)
