TWO Hampshire towns could see a flurry of new residents as more and more movers are keeping tabs on homes in the areas.
Both the market town of Romsey on the edge of Southampton, and the New Forest's New Milton with its close-to-the-sea appeal have been two of the highest searched locations in the UK.
According to property site Rightmove, it says that week-on-week searches for renting in Romsey increases by 24%, with New Milton seeing a 19% rise.
This leaves the towns placed tied-second, and eighth respectively in the website's list.

- Ormskirk, Lancashire - 24%
- Romsey, Hampshire - 24%
- Hailsham, East Sussex - 24%
- Morecambe, Lancashire - 22%
- Worksop, Nottinghamshire - 22%
- Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire - 21%
- New Milton, Hampshire - 19%
- Ayr, Ayrshire - 19%
- Shipley, West Yorkshire - 18%
