A CHARITY in Hampshire are walking 19 miles to raise fundraise to help a condition which affects 1 in 10 people.
Endometriosis South Coast are holding a march to raise awareness of the gynaecological disorder that has no cure.
The planned route is from Princess Anne University Hospital Southampton to Queen Alexandra hospital and then to Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 individuals that were born female.
The charity want to raise funds to be able to offer more resources to patients.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "We are doing this walk to raise awareness of this gynaecological disorder because people are in agony daily because of this condition that is rarely talked about, this needs to change, and education needs to get better."
