EIGHT MORE patients with coronavirus have died across Hampshire in the last 24 hours.
Figures from NHS England published this afternoon show that eight more people with coronavirus have died at hospitals across the county in the last 24 hours.
It brings the county's total to 1,842.
Yesterday there were two deaths.
Two deaths were recorded at University Hospital Southampton.
Four were recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
And two further deaths were recorded at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Solent NHS Trust remains with a total of eight deaths and Southern Health NHS Trust remains with 57 deaths.
A further 185 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 84,276.
Patients were aged between 42 and 96 years old. All except 6 (aged 54 to 84 years old) had known underlying health conditions.
The figure for the South East is 33.
