FIREFIGHTERS have extracted a casualty following a crash in Southampton where a car overturned.
Crews from Hightown were called to Lydgate Green in Thornhill at around 10.30pm last night.
Emergency services were responding to reports of a single vehicle collision where one person had been trapped in the car.

The silver car had flipped onto its roof during the crash and the driver was trapped.
The casualty was extracted from the car and handed over to the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
They suffered minor injuries.
Firefighters left the scene at 10.55pm.
