POLICE officers investigating reports of a disturbance in a Hampshire street have arrested three men.
The incident occurred outside an address in Beechwood Road, Holbury, at around 4.35pm last Sunday.
A police spokesperson said: "It was reported that three men pulled up in a vehicle on Beechwood Road, approached a man in his 20s and assaulted him, causing minor injuries.
"The three men then fled from the scene in a black Audi, which was located nearby by officers a short while later.
"Three men matching the description given by the victim were located in the vehicle and were subsequently detained.
A 31-year-old man and a 49-year-old man, both from Fawley, were arrested on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm.
"A 26-year-old man from Fawley was arrested on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm and possession of a Class B drug.
"They have all been released under investigation, pending further police enquiries."
