I DO not understand why many taxi’s are being banned from using the bus/cycle lane on Bitterne Road West?
Pollution and congestion has increased since the introduction of the single lane.
And taxi’s are the main users of the empty lane.
Surely congestion will increase if taxi’s have to use the single lane too.
