Electric vehicle charge points
Now I see it is happening.
Last year Portsmouth announced they had the money to fit charging points for electric vehicles to lampposts, and today I read that a flood of chargers are coming to Winchester and Eastleigh to be fitted on lampposts and bollards.
It won’t be long now before Southampton (currently slow to join the party), buckles under the surrounding pressure and helps more drivers to hook up to cleaner energy.
