Curfew for man who made racial threats in Winchester
A MAN has been convicted of racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Winchester.
Nigel Andrew Aslet, 56, of Oakbank Road, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, admitted the charge against Jun Wen Guo committed on July 4 last year.
Magistrates in Basingstoke ordered Aslet be under an electronically-monitored curfew for two months between 8pm and 4am in his flat or community garden for two months.
They also ordered he pay £150 compensation and a £95 victim surcharge.
