DURING the past few days, Southampton has been battered with winds of up to 50mph.
Causing some of us sleepless nights and creating mess and destruction for others, the high winds may have eased slightly but are not over yet.
Winds of up to 37mph have been predicted for today by the Met Office.
#Sunny spells and 🌦️ blustery showers for most on Saturday morning, with some ❄️ #snow over northern hills.

Gusts are expected to pick up at around 2pm to 3pm.
Tomorrow, the city will see highs of 30mph easing around 13mph at around 7pm.

As well as the blustering wind, Southampton residents should expect a few more light showers at around 2pm, 4pm and 7pm. There will also be some sunny patches throughout the day.
Thick cloud coverage is forecast for tomorrow with heavy rain predicted for 5pm through to around 7pm.
