A YOUTH was found with a jar full of cannabis and balloons with nitrous oxide (NOS) cannisters, otherwise know as laughing gas, in Otterbourne.
On Saturday officers on patrol following reports of ASB and thefts from motor vehicle came across a group of four youths were found loitering at the bus stop near The Otter pub.
The group were stopped by PC Fry, PC Lacey, PCSO Griffiths and PCSO Mills.
A post on Winchester Police’s Facebook page said that the group was mostly the same group dealt with a Oakwood Recreation Ground a couple of weeks ago.
“All were searched and one of the group was found in possession of a jar full of cannabis and balloons with NOS cannisters,” the post said.
“He will be invited to attend a voluntary interview at a later date. The group were directed to leave the area.”
