A SOUTHAMPTON man was caught drug driving on a Hampshire motorway.
Dragiev Dragiya was stopped behind the wheel of a BMW 3 Series on the M27 near Fareham.
The 32-year-old on Weston Lane had been travelling east but was over the limit of THC - a psychoactive substance contained within cannabis.
Appearing before Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he pleaded guilty to a single count of drug driving which happened on June 19 last year.
He was disqualified for 12 months and fined £80.
He must pay £85 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
