A DISQUALIFIED driver caught behind the wheel of a car has been ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.
Mihai Peltecu was caught driving an uninsured Vauxhall Astra while banned banned from the roads.
The 46-year-old of Cleasby Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to the two driving offences which happened on November 10 last year in Kingston Road, Portsmouth.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he was given a one year community order.
He was also given a 12 month driving ban.
