UPDATE: The vehicles have now been cleared but there are still 40 minute delays heading back towards Fareham.
DELAYS are building on a Hampshire motorway after a crash blocked two lanes.
There are currently 20 minute delays on the M27 after a crash on the Westbound carriageway.
The incident has taken place between Junction nine for Park Gate and Junction eight for Bursledon.
The two lanes remain blocked and delays are continuing to build.
