A SOUTHAMPTON man could be facing a prison sentence after he was caught drug driving in Winchester.
Marcin Grzegorz Roszczyk, 41, of Wordsworth Road, Shirley, was in a 58-reg Mazda 6 when stopped by officers on Chilbolton Avenue on September 6 last year.
When tested he was over the legal limit for amphetamines and cannabis, Basingstoke Magistrates Court was told. Police also found 0.5g of amphetamine.
Roszczyk admitted the charges.
Magistrates imposed an interim disqualification and adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report to be prepared for the hearing on April 14. They said all sentencing options were being considered.
