Man fined more than £300 for dropping can on city street
A SOUTHAMPTON man has been fined after he dropped a can on a city street.
Brenning Lee Bidder, 34, threw down an empty can on Portsmouth Road in Woolston on December 17 last year.
He was found guilty via the Single Justice Procedure at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on April 20.
Bidder, of Poulner Close, Southampton, was fined £220.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £168.75.
