A MAN has been arrested for multiple offences after an altercation outside a post office in Southampton.
The incident took place this morning.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called at 11.21 this morning (Saturday 24 April) to reports of an altercation taking place at the Post Office on Regent’s Park Road.
"Officers attended and arrested a 55-year-old man from Southampton on suspicion of theft, criminal damage and assault.
"No-one was injured."
The man remains in custody.
